This website is operated by ChristCrafted LLC (“ChristCrafted,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases from our store.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.

1. Using Our Store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, fraudulent transactions, or activities that interfere with the website’s operation or security.

2. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, colors, and measurements. Colors may look different depending on your screen, and garment measurements may vary slightly.

Products are subject to availability. We may update or discontinue products at any time without affecting rights relating to orders already accepted.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you submit your order.

Price changes apply to future purchases. Payments must be made using an accepted payment method, which you must be authorized to use.

If a material pricing or product error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding with a correction or cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders and Cancellations

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment problems, or a material listing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any associated charges.

To request a change or cancellation, contact christcraftedbrand@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped. Eligible items may still be returned under our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Shipping charges and available options appear at checkout.

Eligible U.S. orders of $100 or more qualify for free Economy shipping, as shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the choice to agree to a delay or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If your shipment is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact us so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. See our Shipping Policy for additional details.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery by emailing christcraftedbrand@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns for sizing or personal preference must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please contact us for return instructions before sending an item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for sizing or personal-preference returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us promptly. We will cover necessary return shipping and work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. The original-condition requirement does not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged or defective.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit our website or place an order.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the commerce platform used to sell our products.

Our branding, logos, original designs, photographs, and written content belong to ChristCrafted or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may browse and share links to our website for personal use. You may not reproduce or commercially use protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for content or services on websites we do not operate.

10. Website Availability and Consumer Rights

We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but occasional errors, interruptions, or maintenance may occur. Please contact us if you encounter a problem affecting an order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, responsibilities, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change the terms of purchases already made.
